Well, I'm too young to assumedly post here <grin>, but here is our new board for the more "mature" folks, mature in quotation marks.
Please enjoy.

Thanks for the board Admin.

I am well qualified for this board unless you impose the "mature" status on us, then we all flunk the qualification at one time or another.

However, we elderly souls have worked for our maturity status, so don't belittle it. <lol>

Well I'm glad I guess that the older folks have their own board! I guess it'll be ok! I still don't see why they need it though!

Well, I think it's great. I believe this will make other "mature" folks want to join. We certainly have earned the status of "mature", though sometimes we tried desperately not to. However, deep inside we're still eighteen as I said before. It's just that we've came a long way baby. lol.

I wouldn't be young again for anything, though I do wish I had some of the energy and feeling of newness that one has when younger. On the other hand I love the experiences that I've had, most of them anyway, and the knowledge those experiences has given me. Now that I'm older, I can call all the young men 'dear' and it never occurs to them that I still have those interests!

it'd be nice to have to have the best of both worlds. I mean it would be nice to have a yyouthful body, but still have the wisdom and knowledge of age, though I sometimes wonder ifage makes all of us wiser or not.

I believe that experience, more than age determines a person's wisdom. Because if you've never had life experiences and challenges to face, you never learn anything.
